Kyusendo (Kyusen Cave)

4.8-kilometer Kyusendo is the 2nd longest cave in western Japan and the 3rd longest in all of the caves in Japan. Inside of it is filled with stalactites believed to be over 3 million years old and still growing in length today. Two viewing courses are offered here: the 500 meter tour course, and the 40 meter adventure course.

It is located along the National Road/Route 219 and the estuary of the Kuma River.
